If your life sometimes gets a little hectic and you don’t have a lot of time to spend in the kitchen then you’re going to love this easy No Bake Mint Peanut Butter dessert!
The creamy peanut butter filling hits the spot with the mint Oreo’s. This is one of our favorites and it’s usually gone in the same amount of time it took to make it!
Here what you’ll need:
1 Tub of Cool Whip
1/2 cup of cream Peanut Butter
1 Pkg. of Mint Oreo Cookies
In a mixing bowl add the Cool Whip and peanut butter. Fold in the peanut butter gently into the Cool Whip.
Put about 20 Oreo cookies in a large plastic baggie and use a rolling pin to roll back and forth over the plastic baggie to crumble up the cookies.
Place the crumbled up cookies in the bottom of a dish. Top with the creamy cool whip mixture then add a few more cookies.
