Club ChicaCircle Terms & Conditions of Use

Club ChicaCircle is a fun, entertaining and safe online destination for moms (or aunties-dads-grandparents) and their tweens to connect through crafting.   As mothers of tween girls, we show you how crafting is contagious, especially when shared between a mother and daughter.  We are creating memories to treasure with our girls now before they reach their independent teen years.  We are also helping our tweens to grow up to be strong and confident by building on their own unique talents and encouraging them to express themselves through crafting.

Because we want to make it a safe and fun place, we want everyone to treat each other as they would want to be treated.  We invite you to be inspired and to share positive or constructive feedback.  By using the Club ChicaCircle website (‘Website’), you agree that you have read and will abide by our Terms & Conditions of Use, to our Privacy Policy and any other terms that we place on the site for our mutual protection.

Registration
Club.ChicaCircle.com allows users to access the Website free without registration required.   The Website also contains various interactive tools, such as quizzes, that can be accessed anonymously.  We do accept registration for users interested in subscribing to our periodic newsletter filled with creative challenges, craft ideas and food fun.  Registered members also receive advance notice for Club ChicaCircle special events.  In order to register, we request your email address and first name.  By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least thirteen (13)+ years of age and that, if you are under eighteen (18) years of age, your legal guardian has agreed to be bound with you by this Agreement.

During registration, we do not ask for any personal information that can be used to locate you.

We do not sell nor share any user information to any third-party vendors or advertisers for the purposes of advertising solicitation.

We will never ask for an address or telephone number unless needed for prize or shopping cart fulfillment as noted in our Privacy Policy.

Online Feedback – Leave a Reply
Throughout the Website, we invite users to share their feedback via the Leave a Reply form provided at the bottom of the page.  We do require the first name and email address in order to submit a comment or feedback, but do not display the email address when displaying the reply.  Users may experience a slight delay in seeing the feedback, as all comments are pre-moderated to protect user security and to ensure the reply content is appropriate for our community of users.  We reserve the right to not post or remove submitted replies without reason, but you are welcome to contact us via info@ChicaCircle.com to provide additional feedback.

At Club ChicaCircle, we are “connecting moms and their tweens through craftiness”.  We curate content from around the Globe to bring to provide users with fun and inspiring ideas that are also safe and age appropriate.  The Website does link to external sites, and ChicaCircle is not responsible for the privacy policies of externally linked sites.   You should always be vigilant how your personally identifiable information is shared online and check the Privacy Policies for sites visited prior to providing information.  We do not share any personal user information with other companies.

Intellectual Property Rights
The content on our site and in the shop, including the text, graphics and photos, are the intellectual property of ChicaCircle and are subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights under United States and foreign laws and international conventions, unless otherwise stated.   You agree not to copy or distribute any of the content for commercial purposes, without prior written consent.

The nature of the Club ChicaCircle community is to share inspiration with others in the community.  By submitting your ideas and creative projects, you agree that they are your original designs to share and are not infringing on another party’s copyright, trademark or other intellectual ownership rights.  You own your designs and creations, but agree to grant ChicaCircle a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free transferable right and license to prepare derivative works.  We reserve the right to remove submissions and product offerings from the site without notice.

Creative Challenges, Contests, Polls & Games
We will periodically challenge our users to participate in a creative project and to share results.  All displayed projects will be pre-moderated for security and appropriateness by the ChicaCircle team prior to posting online for viewing. 

The Club ChicaCircle community will also have the opportunity to participate in polls to express your opinion and have you ponder the fun options.  We do not store individual preferences provided in the polls and will only report results in aggregate.

Club ChicaCircle occasionally offers opportunities to participate in contests and promotional giveaways.  At the time a user is notified via email of winning a contest or promotion, we require additional information, including full name and address, in order to send the prize.  Participants must be thirteen (13) years or older.

Cancellation
You may notify us, at any time, at Privacy@ChicaCircle.com to cancel your registration to the Website newsletter or to remove any postings to the Website.  We reserve the right to change the terms of registration, change the Website or stop servicing the Website at any time.

Contractual Age Requirement
When using our shop – you agree that you are at least 18 years of age, or possess legal parental or guardian consent to enter into the contractual relationship associated with the policies and terms listed here and within the Shop Sales Policies.  When an adult chooses to purchase merchandise from Club ChicaCircle’s store, we require billing and shipping information, such as first and last name, shipping and billing addresses, email address, phone number and credit card or PayPal account information. All credit card information is stored by our merchant account provider in order to process payments for ChicaCircle.

Refunds and Exchanges
We take pride in our products and inspect every shipment before being sent to you.  As many of our products do include hand workmanship – there may be slight variations.  If you are not happy with your purchase, for any reason, contact us within 30 days of placing the order.

You are responsible for shipping the item back in the same manner it was shipped to you (appropriate packaging to protect the merchandise).  The original shipping charges are non-refundable.  For all returns and exchanges, please include your name, email, phone number, order number and reason for return or exchange.  Use the link provided on your transaction details page to print a return label.  If you cannot the link provided, contact us by email.

1. You agree that the use of our service(s) is at your own risk.
