Wordle Wednesday Fun

I have found a new way to get entirely distracted online other than pinning on Pinterest– and that is creating Wordles. It’s free, fun, easy & creative. My crafty sister Pauline first introduced me to Wordle with her Teacher Appreciation post. Creating Wordles are a great way to word associate with your tween. Brainstorm a topic and then customize the layout to fit your font and color preferences. For added fun, print and Mod Podge to your daily notebook or journal (artistic portable inspiration).

I first used the url for Club ChicaCircle to see how Wordle sees our site (choosing Fall colors for the season):

I then used a stream of words from the International Day of the Girl site to pay a little bit of homage to the first-ever worldwide day celebrating, honoring and creating a movement for advancing the lives of girls. I encourage you to mark your calendars for October 11, 2012 (remember 10-11-12) -and to place a shout-out now prepping for the virtual summit (co-presented by iTwixie and Sage Girl).

I hope you share your Wordle experience (leave a comment below). Be careful….you may get really distracted but have so much fun along the way!
