9 Delicious Holiday Cookie Recipes

One of my favorite parts of the holiday season are the yummy cookies! We have a neighborhood tradition to leave a package of goodies on each others doorstep. I love sampling and tasting what my neighbors have baked and my girl and I love making a different yummy treat each year.

Last year, we made these super easy and yummy no-bake peppermint truffles. The secret is what flavor sandwich cookie you choose. We’ve made pumpkin truffles for Thanksgiving with Pumpkin Joe Joe’s and during the holidays we used the peppermint Joe Joe’s. Yum!
